Homeowner's Association

The Grove has a neighborhood organization called the University Grove Homeowner's Association. It operates under a set of by-laws adopted in 1988. As an active organization representing all households, the association communicates about issues that are of common interest to the Grove community. It conducts an annual meeting and organizes other events such as the neighborhood picnic and National Night to Unite. The executive board (president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer) serves one-year posts.
